A full body workout can be done easily without having to purchase expensive pieces of equipment or joining a gym. Resistance training must be done to achieve stronger muscles and bones. Adding resistance to your workout adds strength to your body. You will burn more calories while doing these exercises as well as you burn calories the next day as your body recovers and rebuilds the muscles into it's new strength and shape.
