At Tracy's Personal Training in Huntington Beach our woman clients will learn which exercise actually work with their bodies and which exercises do not. There are certain machines at the gym that will make a woman's body wider in her hips and thicker in her thighs. There are certain exercises that do the same. Well, I don't have any woman clients requesting those results. My ladies want to have a lean toned body and still look like a lady. There are certain angles and ab exercise that actually thicken your waist line. That is not a request women clients want either. Having an understanding of how the muscles work and what angles to work them on will help you achieve and maintain the results you want. You will learn which exercise to avoid and which exercise will take you to your bodies goal. It's easy to learn too. Once you know the tips, you can use them the rest of your life, now matter where you live or where you work out. You can work out often, but if you are doing the exercises wrong or at the wrong angles for the results you want, you won't see the results you are looking for. For example: There are certain exercises shown to work the "abs" but with the knowledge of how the muscles work and attach to the body, certain exercises that claim to be ab work, actually never even work the ab muscles. They work a deeper muscle, that when built it fills in the waist line on woman. Taking away the "girly" figure. If you have been working out for a long time and your results are sort of there, but not quite getting to what you want, come learn where you may be doing 1 or 2 exercises that work against your goal.
